HOW TO WRITE A JOB COVER LETTER
Writing a job cover letter can be a nightmare to some people. Clinch these basics for a good result.
#Use the exact wording in the cover letter as in the advertised job posting. This increases your chances of matching word searches in the database of the company.
#Save the file as "Rich Text Format"- with the rtf extension. It is easy to open with many office suites.
#You can include a scanned image of your signature to show how serious you are with the particular job position.
#Just settle for 'To whom it may concern' instead of a specific name.
#Address all of the job requirements in the job posting in order and using the same wording.
#The opening- start the letter with your name and the exact position that you are applying for, including the job-post-code.
#The ending- end by thanking the reader for his or her time and include the best way of contacting you.
Good luck.
